Yeah its a risky play , but I like the chance , you dont go all in right away , but yess I think this will pop out
CRS by the numbers
Hi everyone, I've posted this on stockhouse but it gets lost in the flood of bashers. All the numbers have been vetted by other posters.
An average vertical in runnels county has IP rate of 140bod.
An average horizontal produces 3-5x this, 420-700bod.
Decline rates for horizontals in the permian basin (analogous area) are 60% (on the high side).
Let's say this well produces 560bod (a happy mean), at these decline rates it will produce 488bod in the first year.
CRS gets 70% of this, or 314bod. Assuming the production cost of $15/barrel, and oil is $40 average for the year, this equates to $7,840/day in PROFIT (assuming gas doesn't pay for production costs, like CRS has claimed).
At 350 days of production this year, they will mak 2.74 million in PROFIT!
This is in USD, converting it to CAD we get 3.56 million in PROFIT.
This profit alone, at a 5x multiple (very conservative) gives us a market cap of 18.2 million, or .335/share, at a more optimistic 10x multiple, that's .67/share.
This revaluation happens with flow rates (whenever we get them).
